M, W, & F: 5:30 class, 6:30 class, 7:30 class
T & TH: 6:30 class, 7:30 class
Strength phase two is designed for athletes with experience in weight training. Athletes are provided sports specific training with an emphasis in strength and power, speed, agility, injury prevention, and flexibility.
